Job summary

Goldman Sachs, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Associate in the Third-Party Risk Management group within Governance, Regulatory Delivery and Change Management.

You will become SME of TPRM policies (Vendor, Interaffiliate, Contingent Worker), ensure process governance, risk oversight, and regulatory submissions. You will partner with stakeholders firmwide, support QA programs, collaborate with regulators, and drive continuous process improvements while delivering clear documentation and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or business management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and verbal) skills.
• Proven ability to lead across team members and drive assignments to completion.

Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert of the TPRM Policies and Standards, including process governance and controls, risk management, vendor oversight requirements.
• Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders and help address queries related to Policy and Standard requirements.
• Build strong business relationships with teammates and stakeholders firmwide to understand impact of the Program requirements.
• Partner with the team to support and evolve the Quality Assurance Program.
• Coordinate input into firmwide transformation initiatives and maintain program documentation.
