Job summary

Adobe Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior TPRM Consultant to develop and manage the third-party risk program for the sales partner ecosystem, including solution partners, system integrators, resellers, and distributors.

You will independently drive risk discussions, set the agenda, and push issues to closure. The role collaborates with Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Security to design policies, support regulatory alignment, and mature the program across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Compliance, or related field.
• 5-7 years in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles with at least 2 years driving programs.
• Strong understanding of third-party risk management and risk fundamentals.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (FCPA, GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and TPRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage TPRM governance committees, prepare materials, and drive risk identification and oversight.
• Define the TPRM framework, roles, and risk treatment processes.
• Develop program KPIs/KRIs for effective governance.
• Maintain TPRM policies and governance docs reflecting regulatory changes.
• Lead management of third-party risk controls and framework.
• Create board materials communicating TPRM priorities and health with metrics.
• Collaborate to implement and enhance Adobe's TPRM governance framework.
