Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Production Operator I for the 4th shift at Rapho Park, Manheim, PA. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, perform quality checks, and help maintain a safe, clean production floor.

Compensation includes a 22% shift premium on top of hourly rate. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• Reads, interprets and follows blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Operates CNC machining equipment and performs secondary tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot operations with team and follow safety procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required; US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Willingness to work overtime and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machining equipment and performs secondary tasks (tumbling, reworking, cleaning).
• Reads blueprints and engineering drawings to meet specifications.
• collaborates with team to resolve process issues and improve flow.
• Performs quality checks and documents defects and production data.
• Maintains safe, clean work area and adheres to regulations.
