This is a full-time role with 1st or 2nd shift options and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. The position is temp to hire, emphasizing hands-on, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation, measuring tools, and software systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 10–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including production records and system entries.
• Set up and operate equipment for assigned production processes.
• Load, unload, and handle parts throughout various stages of production.
• Apply materials and coatings using a variety of manual and automated methods.
• Inspect products to ensure proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications; make adjustments as needed.
• Perform additional processing steps such as testing, marking, or labeling as required.
• Move materials through production equipment, including ovens or processing lines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
