Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance. You will design, implement, and operate controls and safeguards that strengthen trust in Meta's systems.

You will drive risk programs end-to-end, defining requirements, roadmaps, and KPIs, while coordinating multi-team efforts, resolving complex challenges, and delivering durable, auditable outcomes that reduce risk at scale.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software/hardware/engineering or technical PM roles.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception through delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments to executives clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program teams to align objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to define requirements and roadmap.
• Create communication strategies to share status, challenges, and risks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and adjust scope, timeline, and resources.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of programs from design to post-launch support.
• Track metrics, quality benchmarks, and KPIs for accountability.
• Anticipate long-term risk and compliance challenges with stakeholders.
• Drive product strategy to support company initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and automate workflows.
