Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale programs that strengthen how risk is managed across the company. In this key position, you will collaborate across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams to design, build, and scale the frameworks, controls, and tooling that keep Meta's products and infrastructure trustworthy at scale.

You will be responsible for driving risk programs end to end, from identifying and assessing

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical field with signaling of broad technical breadth.
• 12+ years delivering complex technology programs or product management.
• Experience with large-scale hardware and software development processes.
• Clear communication of complex technical investments to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience in risk, privacy, security, or regulatory domains relevant to large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align program teams across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance.
• Shape roadmaps and long-term strategy for partner teams and initiatives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, adjust scope/timing/resources as needed.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of programs from design to post-launch support.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and execution quality.
• Anticipate risk and compliance challenges in partnership with leaders.
• Drive product strategy to align with company initiatives and scale AI risk.
