Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a TPM Manager at our West Virginia plant to drive the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance as the way we work. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will provide TPM leadership and develop the capability across TPM Pillars to deliver manufacturing excellence.

In this role you will align resources with Safety, Quality, Service and Savings while leading the Master Plan, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years manufacturing/supply chain experience.
  • 2–3 years in CI systems/TPM/Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PM certification.
  • Experience coaching cross-functional teams on productivity improvements.
  • Strong TPM knowledge and HPO principles.
  • Proven leadership and communication across levels.
  • Immigration sponsorship not offered.

What you will do:
  • Aligningplant resources with business priorities of Safety, Quality, Service and Savings

  • Assistin the creation, deployment, and execution of the site Master Plan

  • Lead the overall TPM strategy at the site, lead a TPM Pillar as part of the plant TPM Steering Committee and be an active participant in other pillars

  • Activelyparticipateas ahands-onoperationsteam member,engagingin dailymanagement systemsandidentifyingopportunities for improvement on a continuousbasis

  • Advocate for change in acontinuous improvementenvironmentby prioritizingand managingCIinitiatives

  • Build and coacheffective teams that advance the site Vision and Compelling Business Needs

  • Drive productivity efficiency and loss elimination by engaging associates at all levels

  • Lead the site's progression of TPM through Ecolab's Journey to SilverAssessment

  • Deliver TPM training aligned with training plans and support the skillsrequiredto create a Loss Analysis culture.

  • Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP), sharing best practices and driving the organization to high performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5years of experience inmanufacturing, supply chain environment

  • 2-3yearsofexperience in CI Systemsmethodologyincluding TPM, Lean Manufacturing,orSix Sigma

  • Lean Six SigmaGreenBelt Certifiedand/or project management certified

  • Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA) projects

  • Working knowledge of TPM(Operational excellence and lean manufacturing)and HPO principlesandmethodology(5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance,Focused Improvement,Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design)

  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, developothersand strategically plan for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Science or Business

  • 7+years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment

  • 3-5years leading TPM implementation and lean six sigma in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong financial acumenwith costing background

  • Lean Six Sigma Black BeltCertified

  • Experience leading process improvement projects for chemical processes

  • Proven experience driving culture change using sound change managementmethodology

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
