Ecolab is seeking an Associate Assembler to join our team in Roscoe, Illinois. In this hands-on position, you'll contribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks, supporting re-manufacturing operations, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets our high standards for safety and quality. You'll also help drive continuous improvement by using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and sharing insights that enhance efficiency and service.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision, ensuring every build meets exact specifications and supports operational excellence
  • Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably before it returns to service
  • Lead re-manufacturing tasks-from disassembly and inspection to minor repairs and reassembly-restoring equipment to peak condition
  • Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency, setting the standard for quality and compliance
  • Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer service while reducing operational costs
  • Communicate proactively about maintenance needs, quality concerns, or anything that could impact safety or productivity-ensuring issues are addressed before they escalated
  • Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
  • Support the development of others by assisting in training teammates and sharing knowledge
  • Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments
Position Details
  • Plant Location: Roscoe, Illinois
  • Work Week & Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Minimum Qualifications

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

$17.50 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
