Confido in New York City is seeking a TPM Manager to own sales forecasting, trade planning, and trade optimization, connecting Sales, Implementation, CS, and Product. You’ll shape TPM workflows during onboarding and guide Product evolution with frontline expertise.

You’ll partner across Go-to-Market and Engineering, design discovery sessions, configure promotion calendars, and train teams to run trade spend efficiently on Confido.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on trade planning experience at CPG brands.
• Fluency in trade mechanics such as baseline planning, promotion types, rate base, accruals, and gross-to-net handling.
• Track record turning operational expertise into product requirements for engineering.
• Strong customer-facing instincts: conduct discovery, defend design decisions, de-escalate executives.
• Experience representing a product externally (webinars, conferences, analyst discussions).

Responsabilidades

• Own the trade promotion management roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Translate trade planning processes into buildable product requirements.
• Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized product bets.
• Lead discovery sessions with customer teams to map TPM workflows.
• Guide customers through TPM implementation and train teams on trade spend operations.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and internal trainings to scale the team’s work.
• Be Confido’s voice on trade promotion at events and in sales/marketing moments.
• Track market shifts and build competitive positioning and battlecards.
