Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. is seeking an hands-on Implementation Manager for our demand and supply planning modules.

You will own customer live deployments, translating their planning workflows into Confido configurations and workflows, ensuring on-time go-lives and measurable value. You will work directly with customer planning teams to map forecasts, manage data quality, and align platform setup with make-to-stock operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on planning experience at CPG brands.
• Experience in a make-to-stock environment, including forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, production planning, or S&OP.
• Strong understanding of how sales, TPM, demand and supply plans connect to inventory, service levels, and operations.
• Extremely executional: organized, detail-oriented, and known for getting things done and following through.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end to end for our demand and supply planning modules, from kickoff and data mapping through configuration, validation, and go-live.
• Collaborate with customer demand planning teams to understand current forecasting processes and set up Confido to support them, from baseline forecasts to promotions and customer-level planning.
• Collaborate with customer supply planning teams to map inventory and production planning to Confido configurations.
• Gather and validate customer data, identify gaps, and drive resolution.
• Manage implementation timelines, action items, and open questions, keeping stakeholders accountable to milestones.
• Train customer users and help them build confident, repeatable planning workflows on the platform.
• Feed implementation learnings back to product and engineering to improve the product and speed up future onboarding.
