Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. is seeking a TPM Manager to own sales forecasting, trade planning, and trade optimization for CPG brands. You will bridge Sales, Implementation, CS, and Product to ensure accurate TPM workflows during onboarding and guide platform evolution.

You'll work hands-on with customer forecasting, configure promotion calendars, accrual rules, and deduction-matching logic, while shaping product requirements and playbooks for scalable success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on trade planning experience at CPG brands.
• Fluency in the trade mechanics such as baseline planning and trade spend.
• Track record turning operational expertise into product requirements.
• Strong customer-facing instincts to run discovery and defend design decisions.
• Experience representing a product or viewpoint externally (webinars, conferences).

Responsibilities

• Own the trade promotion management roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Translate trade planning processes into clear, buildable product requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with customer trade, sales, and finance teams.
• Guide TPM implementation and train teams to run spend operations in Confido.
• Build playbooks and training so Sales, Implementation, and CS scale with you.
