This remote role involves approximately 60-75% travel, where you will coach customer teams on best practices and drive improvements in production line efficiency. Qualifications

• Field engineering experience with maintenance overhauls and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical or mechatronic background; experience with blowing or labeling machines preferred.
• Exposure to beverage/food production environments is a plus.
• Experience in coaching, training, or developing others is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver activities that introduce and embed TPM best practices.
• Execute project plans on time and in full.
• Drive customer satisfaction through visible results and ongoing collaboration.
• Coach and guide less experienced engineers in TPM and performance improvement tools.
• Perform and lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
