Qualifications

• At least three years of working experience as a process or service engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate technical competence in relevant systems.
• Familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Work Instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite customer service and support, handling equipment installations and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Maintain communications with customers to resolve issues.
