The position mandates regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and may require work hours averaging around 50 per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of adhesive dispensing and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of process control and production ramp support.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical programs from issue identification through closure.
• Work on the shop floor to follow up on issues and support trials.
