Job summary

United Property Restoration Services is seeking a TPA Production Manager to lead restoration projects assigned through third-party administrator programs, ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee project execution from assignment to completion, coordinate resources, monitor KPIs, and partner with carriers, adjusters, and program managers to keep projects on time and within budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in restoration industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience with insurance restoration, managed repair programs, and TPA networks required.

Responsibilities

• Program management for projects through TPA and managed repair programs.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and subcontractors to maintain timelines.
• Monitor KPIs, cycle times, and customer satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and safety standards.
• Lead production teams and drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
