Job Description

As an Administrator focused on TPA accounts, you will specialize in insurance program work and TPA accounts, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring the efficient handling of administrative tasks related to client accounts and insurance programs.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain meticulous and well-organized records of insurance program and TPA accounts.
  • Assist in generating reports, documents, and client correspondence with precision.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and TPA clients.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, providing timely updates as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for meetings and accurately document outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize account management processes.
  • Contribute to billing, invoicing, and financial tracking related to insurance programs.
  • Conduct research to gather information supporting client presentations and program enhancements.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality of sensitive insurance and TPA-related information.
Qualifications
