The PM will oversee onboarding, plan setup, funding, and vendor integrations, while coordinating claims, eligibility, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or health plan environment is required.
• Direct experience with claims administration, eligibility, or account management is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing implementations or operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations from onboarding through go-live and plan setup.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal accountability.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure readiness and success of initiatives.
• Oversee vendor integrations with PBMs, networks, or telehealth.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations post go-live and drive process improvements.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications, status calls, and escalations.
• Coordinate plan designs, funding arrangements, and reporting requirements.
• Create clear, professional client-facing communications and maintain SOPs.
