As our new Toyota Service Assistant & BDC employee, you will be a face and voice for the dealership. We need a Service Assistant who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. While we prefer someone with dealer experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered for training. Once trained, you must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and their service needs. • Assist Service Advisors with checking in and cashing out customers

• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
