Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Picker/Packer for our Lakewood, WA warehouse. You will locate and pack Nee Doh products, preparing orders for major clients like Walmart, Target and TikTok.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing all day, and operating RF scanners and pallet jacks in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a path to full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of similar experience required.
• RF scanning experience required.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
• Must be able to stand on feet all day.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Receive, sort, and put away inventory.
• Pull and pack products based on daily orders using scanners or pick tickets.
• Maintain order accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Use a continuous improvement mindset to troubleshoot problems.
• Safely handle products heavier than 50 pounds and perform physical tasks during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.
