Job summary

RMS International (USA) is seeking a Graphic Designer to execute production-ready graphic design and packaging assets for multiple product lines. You will own projects from concept through final production, ensuring brand consistency and compliance while collaborating with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Sourcing teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to deliver dieline-ready files and

• 1–2 years of relevant role or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare files for print, including dielines, color corrections, bleeds, and spot colors.
• Execute production-ready artwork for retail packaging, displays, inserts, and e-commerce assets.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring files are accurate, labeled, and archived properly.
• Assist with mockups, presentations, and concept boards for line reviews and buyer meetings.
• Manage assigned design projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and apply RMS design systems, workflows, and production standards.
• Ensure all artwork meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines, SKUs, and retailers.
