Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations, case management, or litigation support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with matter management software (ProLaw or comparable platforms).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain matters in firm and client tracking software; log case status and matter closures.
• Manage receipt, organization, and distribution of pleadings and case materials; maintain document control systems.
• Schedule deposition coverage and coordinate logistics for expert depositions.
• Assist attorneys with discovery research and document organization to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare regular client reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and respond to information requests; be a reliable case updates contact.
• Assist with accurate time tracking and billing documentation.
• Contribute to discovery research and document analysis activities.
• Lead coordination for collection of medical records, cost sharing and distribution of records.
• Track key case dates and deadlines imposed by court docketing schedules.
