Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist- Toxic Tort to join our Columbus, OH team. You will bridge our legal teams, clients, and case management systems to ensure smooth operations across toxic tort matters.

Key tasks include managing pleadings, deposition logistics, discovery support, client reporting, and time/billing documentation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in legal operations, ProLaw and Excel proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in legal operations, case management, or litigation support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and legal terminology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new matters in firm and client tracking software; log case status updates and closures.
• Manage pleadings and case materials; maintain document control systems.
• Schedule depositions; prepare deposition files and coordinate expert deposition logistics.
• Assist attorneys with discovery research and document organization.
• Prepare regular client reports and respond to information requests.
• Assist with time tracking and billing documentation.
• Lead collection of medical records and distribution of records.
• Track key dates and deadlines in court docketing schedules.
