Job summary

The Town of Belgrade, Maine is seeking a qualified Town Manager to serve as the chief administrative officer, overseeing day-to-day municipal operations and implementing policies set by the Select Board. Qualifications

• Five years of experience in municipal government, preferably as Town Manager or an elected Selectboard member.
• Knowledge of municipal government functions and budgeting, including experience with non-profit accounting and TRIO software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with elected officials, staff and volunteers and to interact effectively with the public.
