Job summary

You'll receive hands-on training, work Monday–Friday with overnight travel as needed, and join a company committed to quality workmanship and community connections.

Qualifications

• Experience with tower climbing, antenna installations, or radio system installations preferred; training provided.
• Basic understanding of DC/AC electrical systems required.
• Climbing experience or certification is a plus, with training available.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installations is essential.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Must be safety-conscious and follow all protocols.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Tower & Equipment Installation: install/remove LMR, SCADA, and Microwave systems on towers and water tanks.
• Climbing & Rigging: safely climb towers and water tanks for installation and maintenance.
• Electrical Systems: assist with DC/AC electrical system installations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Mobile Radio Installations: assist with wiring and testing equipment in vehicles.
• Tool Operation: use hand and power tools safely.
• Documentation: keep accurate records of work performed and results.
• Customer Service: communicate professionally with clients and provide support.
• Team Collaboration: work with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Safety: follow safety protocols for heights and electrical work.
• Physical Demands: lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with possible overnight travel.
