Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC is hiring a Cell Tower Technician to install telecom equipment on towers and monopoles, with extensive on-site duties in Loomis, CA. You will interpret blueprints, ensure SOW quality, and coordinate with the Tower Lead and Foreman to address safety concerns and schedule changes.

Expect to travel up to 75%, work at heights, and complete required safety trainings. Competitive wages and full benefits accompany permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with capstan operations.
• Experience with crane signaling.
• Experience with steel work (hanging boom, antennas, etc.).
• Experience with shooting an azimuth.
• Knowledge of testing equipment and basic functions.
• Advanced understanding of rigging.
• Coax and fiber routing/handling experience.
• Top side and bottom side grounding experience.
• Cad welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety regulations (OSHA, local vendors) while working efficiently.
• Work at heights installing telecom equipment on towers, monopoles, etc.
• Interpret diagrams and specs to ensure proper installation of antenna systems.
• Travel as required by market.
• Complete required training: Tower/Rescue, First Aid/BBP and CPR.
• Support safety and PPE compliance.
• Additional duties as needed.
