Alamon, Inc. seeks a Tower Technician Level 2 in Phoenix, AZ for installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless equipment. Must have 1+ year in a tower role, experience with Verizon/AT&T, and NWSA certification. Training and advancement opportunities are available at this employee-owned company.

The role requires working outdoors, lifting up to 75 lbs, and occasional travel; safety and regulatory compliance are essential. Medical, dental, life insurance, and ESOP benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Background check, drug test, and motor vehicle records required.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather, lift up to 75 lbs, and hike varied terrain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; no DUI/DWIs in past 5 years.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed; nights/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in installation, integration, and testing of wireless equipment.
• Work with DC power, coax, fiber optic cabling, radios, antennas, and power systems.
• Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met for crew and site.
• Safely ascend/descend towers using fall protection.
• Oversee grounding, weatherproofing, and alignment of equipment.
