Job summary

Alamon Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tower Technician Level 1 to support installation, maintenance and repair of wireless infrastructure on towers and elevated structures. This entry-level role requires travel and an active NWSA certification, with safety practices at the forefront.

You'll assist with equipment assembly, lifting, rigging, and tool maintenance while collaborating with teammates to complete tasks safely and efficiently in varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug test and motor vehicle records pull.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, physically demanding environment, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.
• Active NWSA certification required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, assembly and maintenance of wireless equipment on towers, rooftops and elevated structures.
• Safely handle and transport tools, materials and equipment to and from worksites.
• Assist with setup and operation of rigging, winches and hoisting equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company/government regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Report damages and equipment issues for repair or replacement.
