Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an entry-level Level I Tower Technician to safely climb and install wireless equipment under supervision. You will learn from senior technicians, follow CAM career paths, and develop essential tower skills in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in wireless technologies preferred.
First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
RF Awareness Training preferred.
OSHA10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment on the tower.
Gain knowledge from experienced technicians and foreman to develop skills per the CAM.
Climb and work on telecom towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems under close supervision.
Use basic hand tools and mechanical equipment correctly.
Recognize hazards of tower climbing and energized lines.
Climb tall structures (100+ ft) with 50 lb load.
Analyze situations and determine appropriate action.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
