MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Technician I in Anchorage, AK. You will install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment across wired, wireless, fiber, and microwave networks, climbing towers and assisting in erection projects.

• Climb towers and ladders; assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles.
• Prepare sites, offload materials, and install carriers on towers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.
• Travel as required and work weekends or nights if necessary.
