SoBro Tower LLC is seeking a Tower Technician I to begin a career path in wireless telecom field operations. This role focuses on learning tower safety, basic climbing procedures, and assisting with installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.

Junior technicians will work under close supervision to build foundational skills, participate in safety training, and support the crew with daily site tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn safety procedures.
• Ability to climb basic towers with supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of antennas, lines, and tower hardware.
• Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and vehicles.
• Support crew during tower work and site setup.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Participate in safety and technical training.
• Maintain site cleanliness and assist with documentation.
