Heightstower is seeking an experienced tower technician for our Mount Vernon, Ohio location. You will be part of a climbing crew performing tower operations and maintenance, including testing and installation tasks. Candidates must hold ComTrain certification, OSHA 10 certification, and other relevant certifications. The role demands physical capability and travel commitment, including overtime. Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications industry is required.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tower operations and maintenance tasks.
• Work at heights up to 500 feet.
• Engage in outdoor labor consistently.

Skills

Ability to tie basic knots

Understanding of safe rigging procedures

Ability to read construction drawings

Familiarity with hand tools

Ability to accurately use a tape measure

Ability to use a compass

Knowledge of antenna rigging procedures

Ability to troubleshoot tower top issues

Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Education

ComTrain certification
