Job summary

Ontivity, LLC is seeking a Tower Technician to assist in erection, construction and maintenance of wireless towers. The role emphasizes safety and quality, with hands-on work at tower sites and documentation of procedures.

Must progress in safety training, hold a GED or high school diploma, and have 1–3 years of tower experience. Travel is extensive; expected hours are long and include overtime in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related trade school preferred.
• One to three years of experience climbing towers, rigging and installation.
• Safety in rigging coursework and first aid/rescue training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in erection, construction and maintenance of wireless towers.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines; ensure proper cable and antenna installations.
• Perform groundwork tasks and assist in documenting site closeout.
• Read drawings and piping diagrams; support in testing and labeling.
• Maintain tool inventory and assist with daily site operations.
