Job summary

Richesin Engineering, LLC is seeking experienced tower climbers in Oregon to install, inspect, and maintain communication towers across the state. This role demands physical endurance, technical precision, and unwavering safety discipline on heights.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of tower climbing experience.
• OSHA fall protection training and compliance.
• Travel across Oregon is part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Climb communication towers to perform antenna installations, equipment swaps, and maintenance.
• Conduct tower inspections and document findings accurately.
• Install and secure coaxial cables, jumpers, and mounting hardware.
• Perform rigging and material handling at height.
• Maintain all climbing gear and personal protective equipment to OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with ground crew on lifts, tool transfers, and safety procedures.
• Follow all fall protection and tower safety protocols without exception.
• Complete work orders and field reports accurately.

Education

OSHA fall protection training

ComTrain or equivalent certification
