Job summary
Heights Tower Service in Indiana is seeking a tower technician to join a climbing crew performing tower operations, sweep testing, maintenance, installation, coaxial and antenna work, and RF testing. You will work at heights up to 500 feet in outdoor environments.
The role requires travel Monday–Friday with overnight and weekend work, along with safety training and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, 401k with match, and paid holidays.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel Monday through Friday with overnight and weekend work.
- Experience in telecommunications industry desirable and able to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Perform tower operations, sweep testing, maintenance and installation on towers.
- Install coaxial and antenna equipment and conduct RF testing.
- Work at heights up to 500 feet in outdoor environments following OSHA guidelines.
- Troubleshoot tower top issues and coordinate with crew.
