Job summary

Hightower Communications, Inc. is seeking a Tower Technician for a full-time hybrid role based in Lexington, NC. Daily tasks include climbing towers, installing and maintaining antennas and related equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

You will use hand and power tools, troubleshoot issues, and document work per safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong communication skills and basic wireless networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to safely use hand and power tools for tower construction and equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair tower hardware, cabling, and related communications equipment.
• Effective communication for reporting, documenting work, and coordinating with teams.
• Working knowledge of wireless networking concepts and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communication towers, install and maintain antennas, lines and related equipment.
