The Tower Technician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lexington, NC, with some work-from-home tasks such as documentation and remote reporting. On a typical day, the Tower Technician will climb and work on communication towers, install and maintain antennas, lines, and related equipment, and perform routine and corrective maintenance on tower structures and systems. The role includes using hand and power tools safely, troubleshooting equipment and connectivity issues, conducting inspections, and documenting work performed in accordance with company and industry standards. The Tower Technician will collaborate closely with field teams, supervisors, and project managers, follow all safety protocols, participate in job-site planning, and ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. Occasional travel to job sites within the region and working at heights and in varied weather conditions are core aspects of this position.
