Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Tower Coordinator for the Weekend Shift in Royal Pines, NC. You will manage the Tower Inventory, conduct rack audits, record pulled materials, and ensure accurate transactions in AS400 and Vista systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams with overtime on weekends as needed. Experience with BOMs and ERP tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of location.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
• Experience with BOMs and ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tower Inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Complete Rack Audits on consignment stock.
• Record pulled material for production and update systems.
• Monitor tower areas for compliance with part removal.
• Assist material handling and support production flow.
• Safely operate PIV equipment and perform daily pre-use inspections.
