Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Cycle Count operator for the 1st shift at the Arden, NC site. The role performs daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and responds to eAndon alerts from the work area. You will reconcile variances, maintain count records, and report findings using the cycle count worksheet.

Must lift up to 50 lbs and comply with PPE and 5S standards. Strong knowledge of warehousing practices with MS Office and Excel proficiency is required; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Candidate must be within a 50-mile radius of Arden, NC location and not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing and inventory documentation.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Count - 1st shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:

The cycle counter role will perform daily cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of our inventory and respond to individual part eAndons we receive from the work area as requested through Ignition.

• Update cycle count worksheet to report what was audited and any variances discovered
• Adhere to all PPE and 5S requirements of the role and area

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school

• This position must be able to read and comprehend parts drawings, assembly Bill of Materials, pick Sheets, travelers, and related materials documentation
