Pearce is seeking a skilled Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers across the region. The role favors independent, self-starting individuals willing to travel and handle maintenance tasks in demanding environments.

Two or more years in generator maintenance are preferred, with experience in related software/hardware and knowledge of applicable FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations. OSHA safety compliance is emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Experience with generator maintenance and related software/hardware.
• Knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining generators and diagnosing/repairing problems.
• Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance according to blueprints and specifications.
• Travel to cell towers, install components, and respond to alarms 24/7 when required.
• Follow safety practices and wear protective equipment.
• Be on-call and meet on-call requirements.
