Utilities One is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead a three-person Wireless Services crew in Spokane. You will turn approved project scope into daily work plans, oversee installation, upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensure safe practices and quality of work.

The role emphasizes crew readiness, accurate time records, and timely escalation of conditions affecting safety, cost, or delivery, reporting to the Construction Manager.

The Tower Foreman is the working leader of a three-person Utilities One Wireless Services crew. The foreman performs and directs tower installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and closeout work while maintaining safe practices, installation quality, and control of field labor and equipment.

This role turns the approved project scope and labor budget into a daily work plan, verifies completed work, and reports progress and exceptions to the Construction Manager. The foreman is accountable for crew readiness, accurate time records, and early escalation of conditions that affect safety, cost, or delivery.
