Job summary

Concordia Group is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Chief (Foreman) to lead Tower Technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who prioritizes safety, takes pride in quality work, and is passionate about developing technicians into future leaders.

As a Crew Chief, you will supervise 1–4 technicians, plan daily activities, ensure on-site safety, manage materials and tools, and report progress to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technician.
• Proven experience managing and leading field crews.
• Ability to climb 200–300 feet and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Tower Technicians
• Plan and execute daily construction activities
• Oversee all job site operations, including materials, inventory, tools and workforce coordination
• Develop, implement, and report daily construction plans and materials lists
• Conduct Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and daily safety tailgate meetings
• Enforce all safety protocols—no exceptions
• Ensure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systems
• Communicate daily progress and updates to leadership
• Train and develop crew members for advancement into leadership roles
