Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. in Mercedes, TX is seeking a Field Service Representative I to troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure, sensors, power systems, and communications gear in the field.

This full-time role requires hands-on problem solving and the ability to work with minimal supervision on complex equipment mounted up to 500 feet. Typical duties include maintenance, diagnostics, component replacements, documentation, and safe operation of company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Open availability including weekends, holidays and overnights as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment, DOT medical screening, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operability of towers, foundations, sensors, power systems, shelters, and comms equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and reporting of operability and mission impacts.
• Use diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve issues; replace/configure components as needed.
• Performs documentation, timecards, and closeout packages for work orders.
• Operate company vehicle in compliance with local laws.
• Promote and adhere to safety program and project standards.
