Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative Specialist in Mercedes, TX to troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure and related systems.

You'll work on sensors, power systems and communications gear up to 500 feet tall, following safety and procedural standards. The role involves diagnostics, component replacement, testing, and thorough documentation of work orders, with occasional warehouse duties and travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read schematics and follow procedures.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure, sensors, power and comms gear.
• Perform diagnostics, replacement, configuration and testing of systems.
• Document work orders with photos and close out packages.
• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with local laws.
• Adhere to safety programs and company procedures.
