Job summary

CI² Aviation in Bentonville, AR seeks an Air Traffic Controller to manage the safe flow of traffic in a VFR Airport Traffic Control Tower. You will oversee departures, arrivals, and runway assignments with independence under supervisor guidance as procedures evolve.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of ATC experience, a CTO certificate with a facility rating, and a Class II Medical Certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller.
• Must hold a current CTO Certificate and a Class II Medical Certificate.
• Must have held a CTO with a facility rating for at least two years.
• Subject to DOT/ FAA drug and/or alcohol testing per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions on departure sequencing, takeoff times, and runway usage to ensure safe, orderly traffic flow.
• Coordinate with other controllers for arrivals and departures and maintain separation under IFR and VFR rules.
• Provide weather discussions, field conditions, and navigational aid status information to pilots and operations.
