Responsabilidades

• Supervise a small to moderate number of subordinates engaged in core duties.
• Ensure timely performance of work and review subordinates' outputs.
• Recommend appointments, promotions, or reassignment as appropriate.
• Hears and resolves employee complaints and initiates disciplinary actions when required.
• Work with FAA facilities and civil organizations to coordinate changes.
• Plan and prioritize work, assign tasks, and set schedules for subordinates.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Maintain facility records and ensure equipment and conditions meet policy.
