CI² Aviation, Inc. in Fulton County, Atlanta, GA, seeks an Air Traffic Manager responsible for supervising a team and ensuring safe, compliant operations under DOT/FAA directives. The role requires CTO and Class II Medical Certificates, and adherence to drug testing policies.

You will coordinate with FAA facilities, review letters of agreement, manage staff performance, and develop training plans while maintaining facility records and ensuring safe, efficient air traffic services.

Qualificações

• CTO Certificate required.
• Current Class II Medical Certificate.
• DOT/FAA drug testing per DOT/FAA requirements (pre-employment, random, periodic, probable cause, post-accident).
• Sufficient computer skills for basic data entry and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a small to moderate number of subordinates and ensure quality work.
• Review and approve or amend subordinates' work products.
• Advise on appointments, promotions, and reassignments.
• Hear and resolve employee complaints and recommend action as needed.
• Direct operations and coordinate changes with FAA facilities and civil organizations.
• Plan work, set priorities, and schedule completion of tasks for staff.
• Provide guidance and training, and identify development needs for employees.
• Interview candidates for air traffic control positions and recommend hires for non-supervisory roles.
• Maintain fair and equitable practices and address disciplinary issues when warranted.
• Maintain facility records, equipment operation, and working conditions in compliance with directives.
