Job summary

CI² Aviation, Inc. in Concord, NC seeks an Air Traffic Manager to supervise operations and ensure compliance with DOT/FAA standards. The role requires CTO and Class II Medical Certificates, plus 2+ years of ATC supervisory experience or 5+ years ATC experience.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with FAA facilities, manage staff development, and uphold safety and performance standards in a dynamic air traffic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years ATC tower supervisor experience or 5 years ATC experience.
• Must hold CTO and Class II Medical Certificates.
• Subject to DOT/FAA drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team performing air traffic control duties and ensure timely, quality work.
• Review subordinates' outputs and manage appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
• Address employee complaints and determine disciplinary actions when needed.
• Identify training needs and arrange development for staff.
• Direct operations, coordinating with FAA facilities and other units.
• Plan work, set priorities, and assign tasks based on capability.
• Interview candidates and recommend selections for non-supervisory roles.
• Maintain facility records, supplies, and equipment operation.
• Participate in accident/incident investigations and open programs for feedback.
