Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is hiring tow operators to serve members on the road. You will operate tow trucks, perform basic diagnostics, and provide roadside assistance such as tire changes and fuel delivery. No towing experience is required as training is provided.

Starting pay is 22.75 per hour with generous shift differentials and potential monthly bonuses, plus a robust benefits package and 40-hour minimum weeks, including weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior towing experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and flexibility to work around hours of 11am–Midnight, including weekends.
• We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Provide roadside assistance, including tire changes and fuel delivery.
• Assist members calmly on scene and communicate clearly under pressure.
