As a Tow Truck Operator at Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing, you are often the first point of contact when something goes wrong. Your day involves responding to calls, safely loading and transporting vehicles, and interacting with customers who may be frustrated or overwhelmed. You’ll follow clear procedures, prioritize safety, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. While the work is active and varied, you’ll always know what’s expected and have support from a team that values professionalism and respect.
