Job summary

ARNAZ Towing in Southeast Michigan is seeking operators to handle tow and roadside calls, including tows, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery. You will load and secure vehicles safely on flatbeds and wheel-lifts, log every call in Towbook with photos and notes, and perform pre/post-trip inspections.

You must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts, lift 75+ lbs, and work outdoors in any weather.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan chauffeur's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outside in any weather.
• Preferred: towing experience, AAA Roadside.

Responsibilities

• Run tow and roadside calls sent by dispatch: tows, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery.
• Load and secure vehicles on flatbeds and wheel-lifts safely, without damage.
• Log every call in Towbook in real time, with photos, times and notes.
• Do pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and report problems right away.
• Be professional with stranded drivers, fleet customers and police.

ARNAZ Towing runs 15 trucks and more than 23,000 calls a year across Southeast Michigan. We handle motor club, commercial fleet and private calls. We need operators who show up, work safely and take care of customers.
